1. Acceptance of these terms

Everything on this Site — including programme descriptions, investment thresholds, processing times, visa-free access figures, comparison tools, and the preliminary assessment — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, immigration, tax, financial, or investment advice, and should not be relied on as such. Programme terms and government requirements change, sometimes without notice, and the issuing government’s own published rules always take precedence over anything summarised here. You should not make an application, an investment, or any other decision based solely on information from this Site.
4. No client relationship until a retainer is signed
Browsing the Site, using the preliminary assessment tool, booking a consultation, or exchanging messages with us does not, by itself, create a client relationship, a retainer, or any duty of care between you and NIMARIA or any individual adviser. A client relationship begins only once a written retainer or engagement agreement has been signed by both parties.
5. The free assessment & accuracy of your information
The free preliminary assessment is a screening tool, not a guarantee of eligibility for any programme. It relies entirely on the information you provide and does not verify your citizenship, residence, financial position, or any other fact. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit through this Site. Any indicative result, suggestion, or programme match we provide is preliminary and subject to a full review once you engage us as a client.
6. Third-party links & tools
The Site links to, or embeds, third-party services — including a Calendly booking calendar (loaded only if you choose to) and WhatsApp click-to-chat links. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, or their own terms and privacy practices. Using them is at your own discretion and subject to their own terms.
7. Intellectual property
The text, graphics, logos, and other content on this Site, unless otherwise credited, belong to NIMARIA Immigration Solutions Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from this Site’s content without our prior written permission.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of -law principles. This does not deprive you, if you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA or UK, of any mandatory protections afforded to you by the law of your country of residence.
